If you have any questions about this website or the website design and development services we offer you will probably find the answers here on this page. However, if you cannot find the answer to your question or you would prefer to speak to a real person, feel free to give us a call.
What are your hours of operation?
General hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. However, we are often in the office later and even on weekends. Feel free to call us any time, if we are not available you may leave us a voice mail. We try to return all calls and emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Do you offer your services internationally?
Although we are based in Merritt Island, Florida we offer our services to clients in most countries, though the method of payment accepted will vary. If you are not a resident of the United States and would like us to complete a project for your small business feel free to contact us and we will work with you to find a payment method that will satisfy our requirements.
How much will a website design cost?
The cost of your website design will be based on the number of pages and features required to complete your project. We offer free consultations to help you determine what you need, and afterwards provide you with a firm quote for your website design project.
How long will it take to complete my project?
All projects are completed on a first come, first served basis. We work very hard to complete each project in a timely manner, without sacrificing our standards of quality. When you contact us to purchase a service, or request a quote you will be provided with an estimate of how long it will take to complete your project.
When will you start with my project?
As mentioned above, projects are completed on a first come first served basis. During our initial consultation we will provide an estimate for the start date for your website design project. When you receive a firm quote for your project we will provide you with both a start and completion date for your project. Please Note: When we provide estimates for when a website design process begins, and when it will be completed we will begin work at the time we have promised. From that time forward one of our web designers will focus on your project until it is completed. However, in rare cases circumstances may arise that delay the completion of a project. If completion of your project is delayed for any reason you will be notified in advance of the delay and what we are doing to resolve any issues that are causing the delay.
Can you come to my office for a meeting?
If your business is located on the space coast of Florida we may be able to arrange a meeting with you and your staff to discuss your needs and go over some examples of projects that may be suited to those needs. Feel free to contact us by phone or email if you would like to arrange a meeting at your place of business.
Do you offer support if I experience problems?
Many of our website designs include free support sessions designed to help you get up to speed on the administration and management of your website. In addition to free support sessions we offer additional support at any time for a fee. Please contact us for pricing and details.
How do I stay updated on my project?
You will receive an email update if there are any delays in the completion of your project.
Where is your website design team based?
All of our website designers, graphic designers, web development staff and client support services are based in the United States. Additionally we do not outsource any projects to other countries, though we may from time to time contract with companies based in the United States, who employ only U.S. residents to perform certain services. We are well aware there are many highly qualified and capable individuals outside the United States. However, we have little or no legal recourse in employing such individuals/companies which is why we choose to have all work completed in the USA. This ensures the work is done to our mutual satisfaction, and in the rare case it is not we have recourse.
Do you offer any discounts on website design services?
At this time we are not offering any discounts, though we do offer discounts at times, which are normally limited promotions via mail or local advertisements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal and Checks (payable in USD, drawn on a US bank). We accept credit cards in the form of MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. PLEASE NOTE: For clients outside the United States we may require alternate forms of payments.
Is it safe to order here on this website?
In addition to keeping our web applications updated we use high-grade 256 bit encryption to secure all transactions processed here on this website.
How do I contact you?
You may send us an email by visiting the contact us page or call us at any of the phone numbers listed at the top or bottom of this page. Additional phone numbers are posted on the contact us page, including international numbers for our valued clients in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Do you offer an affiliate program?
At this time we do not offer an affiliate program. However, if you can provide a high volume of leads we may consider a mutually beneficial relationship. Contact us if you would like to discuss a partnership with the owner of this site.
Are you currently hiring?
We currently employ a full staff, so we are not hiring at this time. However, we do sometimes post job openings on this site when we are expanding our business. We ask that you do not contact us to request employment, but you may visit this site from time to time to see if any openings are available.
